Fries Loaded with mushrooms Cheese Sauce
- 150g McCain Cut Crinkle Fries
- 0.5 tbsp Mushrooms diced
- 1 tbsp Onion chopped
- 0.5 tbsp Butter
- Balck Paper to taste
- 2 tbsp Cheese Sauce
- 1 tbsp Shallot Greens
- Heat Butter in a pan.
- Add chopped onions, saute.
- Add diced mushrooms and cook till done.
- Add cheese sauce, season with salt and pepper if required.
- Deep fry McCain Crinkle Cut fries at 175°C for 3minutes.
- Arrange on a platter and pour the prepared sauce on tap.
- Garnish with chopped parsley and serve immediately.
