Mumbai Chaat with Chilly Garlic Served with Chilli Garlic Potato Bites
  • 1/3 pack McCain Chilli Garlic Potato Bites
  • 2 tsp Tomato Ketchup
  • 1 tsp Tamarind Sauce
  • 1 fresh Red Chilli, chopped
  • 1 small Onion, chopped
  • 1 small Tomato, diced
  • Few leaves of Coriander
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 tsp White Pepper Powder
  • 1/4 tsp Chilli Powder
  • 1 tsp Lemon Juice
  • Oil for frying
Cooking Method
  • Deep fry McCain Chilli Garlic Potato Bites for 3 minutes until light golden and keep aside
  • In a separate bowl mix together all other ingredients except lemon juice
  • Toss McCain Chilli Garlic Potato Bites into the prepared sauce, squeeze lemon juice on top
  • Serve immediately
